We paint our custom designs on 100% genuine shoes using the finest quality leather paint. Our shoes are scratch and water resistant but are not immune to chips and scratches resulting from everyday use.

We ship our shoes using reputable global despatch services. You can track your delivery and recommend that you make appropriate arrangements to receive your package. We accept no responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen in transit.

You can only cancel your order provided we have not started work on your design. Please contact us via email should you wish to cancel.

Our shoes are customised to your specific requirements and so we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns. In the unlikely scenario that there is a defect with your order (not including incorrect sizing), you should notify us immediately.

Our shoes are listed in standard UK sizes. Please make sure that you are happy with the shoe size before purchasing, as we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns. You can view our International Size Conversion Table for further details.

No liability for any claim for damage shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies Customsby within 24hrs of delivery. This period may be extended at the sole discretion of Customsby. Restocking fees apply of 20 percent. No liability for any claim will be accepted in the case of goods differing in quantity or descriptions from the purchaser given on the order unless Customsby is notified in writing by the purchaser within 3 working days.
