When will I receive my customs? How long does delivery take?

We will endeavour to despatch your customs within 1 week of order placement. Your customs will be sent via Royal Mail and can be tracked online. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please find below details on estimated delivery dates:


  • UK Delivery: 10 business days from order placement

  • EU Delivery:  10-15 business days from order placement

  • International Delivery: 15-20 business days from order placement


If you need your customs delivered by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your location. Details below:

  • UK Delivery: FREE

  • EU Delivery:  £15 per pair

  • International Delivery: £30 per pair

What if I need my customs by a specific date?

If you need your customs delivered by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you provide a transit tracking number for my order?

Yes. A delivery tracking link will be sent to you via email once your customs have been despatched. You will be able to track your order online. Please ensure you make appropriate arrangements to receive your package. We accept no responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen in transit.

What if my customs get lost in transit?

Can I place a bulk order for my business? Can you paint my company logo?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Can I wear my customs in the rain? Are the paints waterproof?

Yes. We paint our custom designs on 100% genuine shoes using the finest quality leather paint. Our designs are scratch and water resistant but are not immune to chips and scratches resulting from everyday use.

How do I clean my customs?

We recommend that you gently clean your customs with warm water, a foam cleaner and a microfibre cloth. Do not wash your customs in the washing machine and do not use abrasive cleaning materials.

Can I create my own custom design?

Our shoes are hand painted so we can cater to your likes. Please contact us if you have your own specific design in mind before placing your order. We will provide you with a quote and do our best to accommodate.

Are the shoes that you customise original / genuine?

Yes. Our shoes are 100% genuine/original and are sourced from the manufacturer or reputable retailers. Every treatment on the shoe is custom and hand painted. Proof of original purchase can be made available.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order provided we have not started work on your design. Please contact us via email should you wish to cancel.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? What is your returns policy?

Our shoes are customised to your specific requirements and so we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns. In the unlikely scenario that there is a defect with your order (not including incorrect sizing), you should notify us immediately.

What shoe size should I select?

Our shoes are listed in standard UK sizes. Please make sure that you are happy with the shoe size before purchasing, as we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns. You can view our International Size Conversion Table for further details.
